Aron Koh (New Age) & James Wong (JWE) sealing the deal while YB Maglin & Joseph Thong look on.
What better way to learn the art of film making than from the professional filmmakers themselves. That's exactly what you will get if you sign on for the newly launched ACT@JWE training courses by Just Work Entertainment, which are conducted by seasoned industry experts and bona fide gurus with outstanding credentials and years of experience, through a balance of classroom instruction, hands on training and actual filmmaking. Trainees will actually have the rare opportunity to participate in actual movie making as part of the programme, which guarantees professional work experience through apprenticeship.
All this was revealed by Just Work Entertainment directors Joseph Thong & James Wong, at a launch press conference held at Fullhouse, Sunway Giza, in Kota Damansara, yesterday morning, 18th July, 2012, which was attended by YB Senator Datuk Maglin Dennis D'Cruz, the Deputy Minister for Information, Communications & Culture, VIP guests, celebrities and members of the media. The event also saw the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Just Work Entertainment and New Age Studios, who will collaborate to make five new movies over the course of the next two years. New Age Studios is headed by experienced filmmaker Aron Koh, who is expected to launch his latest local Chinese movie Pasar Malam in the coming weeks. Aron will also be joining JWE@ACT as one of the five main instructors alongside actor director James Wong, producer Ritchie Tan, scriptwriter Ryon Lee and award winning actress Jane Ng.
More coming up.
