Hip Hop Dance & House – Brian “Footwork” Green (US)
Brian Green a.k.a. " Footwork ", started dancing professionally at age 9. Brian's experience in dance has had him perform in all genres of dance.Due to his experience in the genre labeled, " Street
dance"; HIp-hop, House, Popping, Locking, etc.... Brian has choreographed and danced with the likes of MYA, Gwen Stefanie, EVE, Salt n' Pepa, Foxy Brown, Missy Elliott, Lil Kim,
Barbara Tucker, Masters At Work, Fugees, Busta Rhymes, Dru Hill, 2 in a Room, Ceybil Jeffries, and more. His experience has also awarded him the 2001 American Choreographers Award for Best Hip-hop Video for his choreography in the MYA's video for the song called FREE!!
Brian is also, the owner and creator of the HOUSE DANCE CONFERENCE in NY, which is made for the promotion of all dance styles. He has been a teacher in the styles of HIp-hop, House, Popping, Waacking, and Tap dance for over 10 years. In those 10 plus years, teaching at schools such as Broadway Dance Center, Peridance, Paul Pellicoro's Dance Sport, and has traveled U.S. and abroad as a teacher since 1993.
Popping & Locking - Salah (FRA)
Salah is an award-winning competitive hip-hop dancer who specializes in popping. In 2006 he won France's Incroyable Talent competition in its first season. The same year he won a 2-on-2 popping battle with teammate Iron Mike at Juste Debout. In 2008 he starred as himself in Beats Per Minute, an independent film about a French popper who discovers he can rewind time with his dance moves. He calls his personal dance style P.A.B.E. which stands for Popping, Animation, Boogaloo, and Effects.
Although Salah is best known for popping, he is also skilled in locking and b-boying. In 2002 he won the Seven 2 Smoke battle at The Notorious IBE (International Breakdance Event) where 8 of the world's top b-boys battle each other until one is declared the winner. In 2009 he served as a judge at Battle of the Year's (BOTY) international one-on-one b-boy battle in Germany. He was also a judge at Red Bull BC One 2009 in New York City.
He is a member of both Vagabonds and Massive Monkees b-boy crews. He is also a member of the contemporary dance company Montalvo-Hervieu.
KRUMP - P.R.D (MAS)
P.R.D has risen to be one of the most prominent KRUMPers in Singapore, following closely to the footsteps of those who introduced him to the art - namely Tight Eyez of the Krump Kings (USA). A key figure in spreading the message of Kingdom Radically Uplifted Mighty Praise - P.R.D uses the dance to educate others to express one's anger, aggression and frustration positively, in a non-violent way. Versatile in both the Tight and Buck styles - P.R.D. will show what it means to get buck.
B-Boy - Jimmy Vairon (FRA)
Jimmy started out as a street dancer but then went on to train at the Academie International de la Danse in Hip Hop. He continued to expand his repertoire, learning Acrobatics and circus Arts. For the iLLest Cipher, Jimmy will be teaching B-boying - with a special focus on footwork, flips and powermoves.
