The 11th International Vocal Open Competition 2024 Final @ The Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (klpac), Sentul, Kuala Lumpur (30/01 - 1/2024)
Malaysia has the privilege to host one of the biggest vocal competitions in the world with more than 350 participants from 19 countries in various age categories converging in Kuala Lumpur this week. Among the participating countries are the USA, United Kingdom, Japan, China, Germany, France, The Philippines, South Korea and Indonesia. Also coming to Malaysia are some of the biggest names in the global professional music industry who will be here as judges for the competition which ranges from pop to classical. Among them will be our local heavyweights Syafinaz Selamat, Chew Paul Wah, Nai Kong & Abraham Tee. The much-heralded competition will also see masterclasses & music salons being conducted by some of the biggest international names in vocal and music coaching and will conclude with concerts performed by these industry heavyweights as well as the top performers of the competition. More than RM 68,000 in prizes await the winners.
