COVID-19 Status Update as of 11.59 pm, 30th October 2021
Infections nationwide dropped a little to report 5,854 new cases yesterday, taking the cummulative total to 2,466,663.
Selangor continued to remain at the top of the leaderboard rising to 1,401 new cases, while Sabah rose to 650, followed by Sarawak which also rose, to 646 new cases.
Kuala Lumpur rose by 10 to report 309 new cases while Putrajaya dropped by 15 to report 29 new cases.
Kelantan dropped significantly to record 450 new cases while Johore dropped a little to 435 new cases.
Up North, Kedah fell to 345 new cases while Perlis fell by 5 to report 35 new cases. Meanwhile Penang also fell, to 270 while Perak dropped to 231.
Melaka and Negeri Sembilan fell slightly to 223 and 213 new cases respectively. On the East Coast, Pahang dropped a bit to 350 while Terengganu rose a little to 266.
Labuan meanwhile reported 1 new cases.
All states nationwide are still below the 1K mark except for Selangor.

Active cases are at 69,153.
5,431 of these cases are currently hospitalised with 570 in ICU, and 293 on ventilators.
Deaths fell to 44, taking the total fatalities to 28,876.
95.5% of the adult population have already received their complete vaccinations, while 97.7% have received their first dose. 2.3% are still unvaccinated. 65.5% of adolescents are fully vaccinated while 74.8% of the total population are fully vaccinated.
