COVID-19 Status Update as of 11.59 pm, 15th October 2021
Infections nationwide dropped to 7,420 new cases yesterday, taking the cummulative total to 2,377,033.
Selangor remains at the top of the leaderboard despite dropping significantly to 1,163 new cases while Sarawak remains above the 1K mark despite dropping to 1,009 new cases yesterday. Kelantan is next with 838 new cases.
Kuala Lumpur drops significantly to 265 new cases while Putrajaya climbs up by 15 to report 39.
Sabah drops to 720 new cases while Johore falls slightly to 787.
Kedah moves up a bit to 428, while Perlis drops to 54 new cases.
Melaka and Negeri Sembilan see 289 and 199 new cases respectively. On the east coast, Pahang rises to 356 while Terengganu drops a little to report 426 new cases.
Up north, Penang rises to 359 while Perak drops to 302.
Labuan reports 6 new cases.

11,413 have recovered yesterday taking the total recoveries to 2,251,748.
Active cases drop below the 100K mark and now stand at 97,505.
7,196 of these cases are currently hospitalised with 703 in ICU, and 366 on ventilators.
Deaths rose by 1 to 89, taking the total fatalities to 27,770.
91.4% of the adult population have already received their complete vaccinations, while 95.1% have received their first dose. 4.9% are still unvaccinated. 20.2% of adolescents are fully vaccinated while 67.5% of the total population are fully vaccinated.
