COVID-19 Status Update as of 11.59 pm, 11th October 2021
Infections nationwide fell further to report 6,709 new cases yesterday, taking the cummulative total to 2,346,303.
Sarawak remains at the top of the leaderboard despite a slight drop, with 1,037 new cases reported while Kelantan reports 938 new cases. Johore is next with 777 new cases.
Selangor falls below the 1K mark to register 617 new cases. Kuala Lumpur rises slightly to 220 new cases while Putrajaya reports 36.
Sabah drops slightly to 532 new cases while Kedah drops to 357.
Perlis drops slightly to report 29 new cases.
Melaka and Negeri Sembilan see 188 and 163 new cases respectively. On the east coast, Pahang reports 426 while Terengganu drops by 20 to report 480 new cases.
Labuan reports no new cases.

10,833 have recovered yesterday taking the total recoveries to 2,206,502.
Active cases now stand at 112,379.
7,622 of these cases are currently hospitalised with 756 in ICU, and 397 on ventilators.
Deaths rose to 93, taking the total fatalities to 27,422.
90.4% of the adult population have already received their complete vaccinations, while 94.9% have received their first dose. 5.1% are still unvaccinated. 9% of adolescents are fully vaccinated while 65.6% of the total population are fully vaccinated.
