COVID-19 New Cluster Report as of 12.00 pm, 4th August 2021
35 #COVID19 clusters were declared yesterday. 13 in Kelantan, 7 in Selangor, 5 in Perak, 4 in Sarawak, 2 in Johore, and 1 each in Kuala Lumpur, Terengganu and Sabah.
The most number of new cases at 114, was from the Tapak Bina Fair Park cluster, involving workers from a construction site at Taman Fair Park Bahru in Ipoh, Perak, followed by 111 from the Tapak Bina Jalan Jamil Satu cluster, involving workers from a construction site in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.
20 of new clusters were from the community with 14 involving the workplace. 1 was from a religious activity.
1161 clusters are currently active.
