Day 5 of Lockdown Listen yesterday saw us enjoying the following CDS in our home office:

We absolutely love dance music taiko Moby, no matter what kind of music he delves into, even his exploration into alternative rock as heard in his seventh studio album "Hotel" here. Try this for a different side to the star.
Known by his nickname "The Man In Black" because of his all black stage outfits, Grammy winning American singer, songwriter, musician and actor Johnny Cash is one of the best selling artistes of all time, with over 90 million albums sold. He is known for his deep, calm bass-baritone voice and his musical repertoire includes country, rock & roll, rockabilly, blues, folk & gospel. In his later years he was also known to sing covers of contemporary rock stars such as Nine Inch Nails & Soundgarden. "Ring of Fire: The Legend of Johnny Cash" is the 21-track UK version of the US album with a few alternative tracks, that also includes cover versions of U2's "One" and Depeche Mode's "Personal Jesus", among some of his own classic. Our publisher Anastasia is a country music fan and was totally drawn to this album, even though it was her very first listen.
CLEO Hot Hits offers a decent cross section of music from the turn of the century. Definitely easy on the ears.
