Renown Las Vegas based Filipino tattoo artist Chris Garcia inks Kuala Lumpur.
Renown Club Tattoo, Las Vegas' based tattoo artist, Chris Garcia, inked Kuala Lumpur last night, thanks to Macbeth Malaysia. The amazing talent originally from the Philippines is noted for his realistic portraits, and is responsible for inking chart topping singer Miley Cyrus' very first tattoo. He has also inked her dad Billy Ray Cyrus, and all the members of Boys Like Girls, as well as our very own Wing Meng from Love Me Butch & Edwin Raj from They Will Kill Us All.
