The 8TV Youth Tour made its way to UKM Bangi on Wednesday 4th July 2007 with a host of fun activities and celebrities in tow.
The stage is all set for HOT show!!!
The 8TV booth provided some respite from the blazing afternoon sun.
Our celebrity hosts hurdling together to keep each other .... WARM!!!
Hot stuff Belinda adding more heat to the affair.
The heat didn't stop the crowd from gathering and enjoying all the fun lined up by 8TV and HOTLINK.
This was my favourite booth. Thank you Sam for all that free Ice Blended Green Teas from CB. Yummilicious!!!
It could not have got redder than this.
The heat hardly bothered this UKM students who seem to be having tremendous fun.
They even had team colors.
Job well done by the winning team.
Many took the opportunity to redeem ticks for the upcoming 8TV Wet N Wild Party in Sunway Lagoon on the 21st.
Adam & Julio were on hand to show off their commado skills at paintball.
Even the Fly FM Perodua Troopers were there.
MI2 runner up Nita was the first recording artiste to make an appearance.
Kish and Nita sharing some friendly banter.
Nita being her usual fun and cheeky self.
Of course her fans were not left out and had a chance to meet her in person
The fans could not get enough of the gorgeous and spunky Nita
The fans could not wait for the live shows to get started.
Even the streaking sun could not dampen their spirit.
Rina & Aishah were on stage on cue to kick off the show.
Aishah seemed amazed at the enthuastic and eager crowd.
She was soon down to meet her fans up close.
Meanwhile backstage, I met 4 talented young artistes who call themself Couple. Huh???
I also found this OIAM brat lurking at the back!!! Ha! Ha!
Soon everyone wanted to get into the act as well.
The crowd was by then swelling up front
Here we go as Nita joins Aishah & Rina on stage.
Nita tring to persuade Rina to sing her hit song from her NSP days.
Nita starts belting it out.
And gives all her fans a thrilling time
And even manages to coax one of her fans to sing along
Nita shows her raw energy with her hit single "Kusut".
Alif watches in amazement from the sidelines.
Soon it was time for him to be amazing too.
Which he did with ease and total confidence of a star performer.
And got everyone really comfortable on the tarmac.
As much as he tried, Sonic was not much of a singer, especially since he could not seem to open his mouth.
Watch out for these 3 alternate rockers, "5 Years Pending Knife", who aim to show how sharp they are with their skills.
Of course 8TV head honcho Izham, was on the ground himself to make sure everything was going smoothly and to promote the upcoming Wet N Wild Party.
