Loudness World Tour 2024 "Greatest Ever Heavy Metal" Live In Malaysia @ Zepp Kuala Lumpur, , B2-01-02, Level B2, Entertainment Hub, BBCC, 2, Jln Hang Tuah, Pudu, Kuala Lumpur (14/09/2024)
September 14, 2024 will mark another local rock music history when the organisers, Rockstage Entertainment, 'bind' Loudness for the 4th time. Centered around 'Loudness World Tour 2024 - Greatest Ever Heavy Metal' will take place on September 14 at Zepp Kuala Lumpur.
Entering the Rockstage VIII edition, this 'Loudness World Tour 2024 - Greatest Ever Heavy Metal' concert is definitely something quite exciting and will provide some surprises from Loudness itself, not to mention that it is quite meaningful for the 'Rockstage edition' which started in 2017.
Take a look at the hierarchy of the Loudness band that was formed in 1981, when it was lined up by Munetaka Higuchi (drums), Akira Takasaki (guitar), Minoru Niihara (vocals) and Masayoshi Yamashita (bass) in a country of the rising sun. The shaking of the Japanese hard rock scene is the result of their first album THE BIRTHDAY EVE which was followed by a debut concert at the Asakusa International Theater, the birthplace of many legends who performed extraordinary live concerts. Starting from there, Loudness became more active in their country and for the first time successfully toured the west coast of the United States in July 1983, and the tour continued to Europe.
Their great performance caught the attention of the American label Atlantic Records, so they were willing to track Loudness to Japan. This makes it the first time for a band to sign a worldwide multi-disc contract. The commemorative album THUNDER IN THE EAST was released worldwide, immediately peaking at number 74 on the US Billboard magazine chart. This has never happened to any band from Japan, and they stayed on the chart for 19 consecutive weeks.
During a successful tour in America with the band Motley Crue, Loudness achieved excellent performance as the first Japanese band to perform on the stage of Madison Square Garden. Their next album LIGHTNING STRIKES ranked 64th on the US Billboard magazine chart, breaking their own previous album record. Loudness became more and more active, both domestically and internationally, until in December 1988, Niihara suddenly announced that he would leave Loudness.
Look forward to the 'grip' of the giant 'heavy metal' which will surely be translated through the 'Loudness World Tour 2024 - Greatest Ever Heavy Metal' concert. For information can be obtained on all Rockstage Entertainment platforms and ticket purchases can be made through www.myticketempire.com.
