COVID-19 Status Update as of 11.59 pm, 29th October 2021
Infections nationwide dropped a little to report 6,060 new cases yesterday, taking the cummulative total to 2,448,372.
Selangor continued to remain at the top of the leaderboard staying above the 1K mark, with 1,328 new cases, while Sabah is next at 589, followed by Sarawak at 566 new cases.
Kuala Lumpur rose significantly to report 299 new cases while Putrajaya rose by 13 to report 44 new cases.
Kelantan dropped a little to record 522 new cases while Johor dropped significantly to 458 new cases.
Up North, Kedah surged up significantly to report 470 new cases while Perlis fell by more than half to report 40 new cases. Meanwhile Penang rose slightly to 348 while Perak dropped to 256 new cases.
Melaka and Negeri Sembilan continued to yo-yo with 264 and 247 new cases respectively. On the east coast, Pahang fell to rose to 367 while Terengganu dropped to 251.
Labuan meanwhile reported 11 new cases.
All states nationwide are still below the 1K except for Selangor.

5,948 of these cases are currently hospitalised with 567 in ICU, and 300 on ventilators.
Deaths are at 63, taking the total fatalities to 28,832.
