It is my pleasure, Dragon. Be ThereWherever you are, be there fully. For where you are is where you can most effectively act and live. If you're constantly wishing that you were somewhere else, you diminish the opportunities for where you are now. When your thoughts are in another place or time, your actions lose much of their effectiveness. It's great to dream, to plan, to aspire, to reach for new and improved circumstances. And yet the way to successfully do that is by being the best you can be in the place where you now find yourself. It's great to keep yourself focused on an ambitious goal. And that focus is the most effective when it is crafted from the perspective of where you are now. To successfully travel the path from here to there, you must start with being fully here. The more you give your attention and your energy to making the most of where you are, the more quickly you'll move along that path. There is much to be accomplished, much to be lived in every place and in every moment. Be there fully for all of them, and life will be rich indeed.

Unique Value
Your life has an immense and unique value. And you can choose to make that value even greater.
Your life is overflowing with possibilities. And you can choose to expand those possibilities even more.
Your life is filled with unique opportunities that have never existed before. And you can choose to transform them into grand achievements that set the stage for even greater opportunities.
There is much you have to work with. And there is no limit to what you can do.
For you are alive, able to think, to dream, to plan, to act, to learn and adapt, to create and to grow. And deep within it all is a purpose, a meaning, a passion that you are driven to express and fulfill.
Stay connected to that passion, keep listening to that purpose, for there is so much that your life has to offer and fulfill. You are filled with unique value, and the more fully you live it, the greater it grows.

Small Change
Somewhere in your life right now there is a small, positive change you can make in the way you live each day. When you make that small change, and stick with it, the results can profoundly influence your entire world.
Perhaps it's a destructive habit that you can choose to leave behind forever. Or maybe it's a useful action that you can add to your daily routine.
It could be something as simple as choosing to start each day with a smile instead of with a complaint. Or you could identify something that has always made you angry and just decide that you're not going to let it get to you anymore.
Your life is filled with opportunities for making small, positive changes. When you look for them, you'll see those opportunities in every direction.
Even one small change can have a large positive impact on your life because the benefits of that small change are repeated day after day. Keep adding more small, positive changes from time to time, and the results can be truly incredible.
Give yourself the gift today of a small positive change in your life. And continue to enjoy the rewards you receive far into the future.

Quality Time
You won't get very far by spending every day doing every single thing you can cram into your schedule. Instead of striving to always be busy, or occupied, or entertained, seek to be effective and fulfilled.
Let go of the need to tightly schedule one hurried activity after the next. If you put all your energy into spinning your wheels, the main thing you get is exhaustion.
It is far more fulfilling to do a few things well than it is to do lots and lots of things in a frenzied rush. Indeed, the richness of life is in the doing, and not in the tally of what you have done.
When you're constantly jumping from one thing to the next, it doesn't really matter how much you're able to accomplish. For none of those hurried accomplishments will bring you very much meaningful value.
Instead, slow down, be selective, thoughtful and fully focused. Out of your many possibilities, choose only the very best ones and give quality time to those.
Savour each moment and each task rather than rushing quickly to what's next. Fill your days with quality time, and those days will be rich indeed.

Needless Needs
Do you really need to win every argument? Even in the unlikely event that you win an argument, what have you really gained?
Do you really need to arrange things so that you can feel superior to everyone else? Even when you've been hurt by others, do you ever really receive anything of positive value by hurting them in return?
Do you really need all the many things that you strive to consume or possess? Do you really need to spend every moment concerned about what others will think of you?
How much of your time and energy do you spend satisfying needs that you don't really need? Imagine the sense of freedom that would come from simply letting go of the most useless of those needs.
Practice focusing your effort and attention not on what you must get, but rather on the best you can be. Real abundance comes more from quality than from quantity.
Spend less time striving to acquire and possess and satisfy every perceived need, and you'll have much more time and energy to truly live. The less you need, the more real richness your life will have.

Out of the Way
The difficult tasks will go much more easily when you get them over with first. Waiting until the last minute to get the tough things done will only make them much tougher.
If you do the pleasant, enjoyable things first, you cannot fully enjoy them. Because in the back of your mind you know that the difficult tasks are still ahead.
Yet when you get the difficult, unpleasant jobs out of the way early, you earn yourself a wonderful sense of freedom and control. You can then completely enjoy doing those things you truly want to do.
Get started early and get the tough stuff out of the way. Then, instead of wasting your time worrying about it, you can fill your time with enjoyable, productive, creative pursuits.
You cannot make the unpleasant tasks go away by simply avoiding them. The way to make them go away is to get them done.
Get in the habit of getting the difficult things done first. It will add many more enjoyable hours and days to your life.

You Are There
You can't complain your way to happiness. The more you try to do so, the more miserable you make yourself.
Yet the minute you stop looking backward and begin to look forward, your whole world can change. For no matter what may have happened to you or around you in the past, this moment is yours to create.
Things will not always go the way you want them to go. Yet that does not have to stop you from leading a rich and fulfilling life.
People will be rude and inconsiderate. Yet that does not have to stop you from finding something to value and appreciate about those people.
You have the amazing ability to find the good in a world that can often be disappointing and sometimes even frightening. You can focus on what works, on what has real value, and your very focus will strengthen those good things.
Though you cannot force anyone to make you happy, you can enjoy happiness and fulfillment at any time and in any place. Just put your thoughts where you want to truly be, and you are there.

Problem Free
How many new and ambitious efforts would you undertake if you knew for sure that there would be no problems? And how many worthwhile achievements do you avoid because you fear that there will be problems?
Yes, in most things you undertake there will be problems. And yes, you always have what it takes to work through those problems without being overwhelmed by them.
In order to be free of problems, you do not need to avoid those problems. You can be surrounded by all sorts of complex problems, deeply involved in working through those problems, and still be free of them.
Because the problems will get to you only to the extent that you allow them to do so. You can give your time, effort and attention to the problems while at the same time keeping your precious, innermost self completely detached from them.
Success is attained not by avoiding problems. Spectacular success comes when you can thoroughly deal with the problems without letting them pull you down.
Learn to keep the inner part of you problem free. And no problem will ever be a problem for you.

More to be Lived
There are valuable treasures available to you even now, that you have not yet discovered. There are many things that will someday bring richness to your life that you do not yet even know about.
No matter where you have gone, or what you have experienced, there is always much, much more to be lived. No matter what you may have once had and then lost, there is always much more to be gained.
What may seem like an annoying frustration at this time could eventually end up being an abundant blessing. For in each moment as life goes forward, you have the opportunity to make the best of whatever you encounter.
What might feel like weakness can be transformed into strength. What otherwise would hold you back can give you plenty of reason to push forward.
Even when much has been done, there is far, far more that you can do. Whether life has been full or whether it has been sparse up to now, there are countless ways remaining to fill it.
Whatever life may have already been, there is much, much more to be lived. And now is the moment to resolutely begin.

Where You Need to Be
You are, this moment, where you need to be. Take the opportunity to live it with passion and purpose.
There is no reason to keep pushing the best of life out of your reach, saving it for another time, another place, or another set of circumstances. Now is the time, this is the place to fill with goodness and richness, with beauty and love.
There is no need to wait or to hope for things to get better. For you can be your very best no matter what else may be happening around you.
There is nothing to be gained by wishing that the past had been different. Instead, put your energy into living and fulfilling the best of the countless possibilities that are now in front of you.
The value, the goodness, the love and effort you give to this moment will come back to you many times over. Now is the time to invest yourself in positive, productive thoughts and actions.
Stop making excuses and start being the best you can imagine. Stop waiting and start to truly and fully live.
