What are your reasons for joining So You Think You Can Dance?
I would like to challenge myself in every type of dance. Aside from this, I would also like to win the prize money and be able to use it to travel and explore different kinds of dancing experiences in
other countries.
Have you ever entered any similar competition? If yes, what are they and what are your accomplishments in the competition?
No, this is the first dance competition that I have joined.
Do you have any dance idols?
My dance idol would be a person who is able to grab my attention and concentration and surprise me with an incredible performance. I believe every performer have their own
fascination when performing on stage.
How long have you been dancing?
I first started dancing when I was in primary school. At that time I was trained in Chinese folk dance. Then in the year 2000, I continued training professionally in ASWARA. Professionally, I have been dancing for 7 to 8 years.
What interest you to take up dancing?
When I dance, I feel free and it makes me happy to move and perform on stage. When I perform well, I feel glad and proud that the audiences enjoy it and this gives me the motivation to keep dancing.
How far do you see yourself in this competition?
Of course I would like to go far in this competition and I will try my best to improve and make it to the next level of the competition.
What are your hopes and goals?
If I win the prize money, I would like to use it to take up dance workshops in other countries.
Did you try out for SYTYCD season 1? Did you get through the first time?
