after the first auditions in kk, i'm starting to beter understand the implications of oiam. yes the show has different mechanics n stages than other shows, but this mega prize is 'driving' a real change in the decision-making process, even at audition stage. Sure, we've been saying it's gonna be judged tougher, but its more than that. Instead of just looking as far as ''who could/should win the competition'', i find myself asking ''who can have a great career?'' or ''how would we market this guy, wats his brand?'' you can FEEL the weight of the Million Rinngit, n the pressure of finding a 'real-world' success to b worth investing in. To pick a bunch of ppl and see who wins a singing competition is easy..this...this is MUCH harder. and its only the first audition!!!! haha..more to come:)

yeah, good point there, find a person with a 'brand' dat is marketable... fins something fresh that can hit the market spot on
