Wow...yesterdays live show is exciting. I can see all the dancers push until their limits and to prove their capable to dance any type of dances and impress everyone including the judges and the viewers at home not to forget the audience in Ruums KL. Wah, even the host Juliana can do break dance? I am impressed...hehe. I am very sure that the finals on the 29th June will be the decision maker and we will know who is the title for SYTYCD Malaysia. Sure that time Ruums KL will filled with lots of people. KLK
Ya...not many people went last night... But I thought it was a very very close fight. Anyway, the results were so dramatic someone actually pengsan-ed. Someone told me that it could have been Noor's fiance...poor feller.
Last night's show was definitely highly charged and this is my first live show I know - I'm such a virgin...
But me and my friends had a grrreat time!!! What caught me the most? Sue and Alam's contemp (pairing and solo). It was very simple and touching. Dennis and Brancy really brought the house down with their samba! It was sexy and energetic without being vulgar. They looked great in their bling bling costumes and the routine was spectacular!! Such a refreshing transformation from last week's static samba (zzzzz). Noor and Yuz's salsa really didn't do much for me at all. Very safe and un-latino. Maybe too used to watching Pat and Fasilito that's why
Hope I get to go again to the finals next week. How do i get tickets? Someone please help!!!!
At last we have the TOP 4. I can't hide my dissapointment here, I truly am very sad to watch Yuz walk away from the competition last night. I think he did a great solo performance, and deserve to be in Top 4. Unfortunately his fan base wasn't big enough to save him as compared to Dennis' or Alam's fanatics. He was never in Bottom Lists before and last night his fans (and audience in general) were tested with their voting power. Based on the result, it was clear that Yuz doesn't really have a huge fan base (or maybe not so generous fan base) which might help making him stay to the next round. I was rooting for him, but I guess one person can't really make much difference, honestly.
It is a reality tv show after all
There's nothing much to comment about last night's performance as they are all already in Top 4 and already in the final round. Each one of them deserve to be there, for different kinds of reasons.
So yes, it's gonna be the finale next Friday. I would say from last night's point of time onwards, the competition has already been taken to a new level with different kind of dimension. It's no longer about the competition among contestants alone. It's more to people-power now; more about voting-force, passionate fanatics and the fence-sitters' interests. It's gonna be a fierce battle between huge groups of fanatics in casting their votes to their favourite dancers. The voting line was opened since last night, and the contestant really have to cross their fingers now and hope that their loyal fans are doing their proper 'job' until this Friday comes.
As for the fainted fan, it was from Sue's side. At first, I thought it was from Noor's clique too. But from I heard, it's actually Sue's family member. Maybe the tension was too overwhelming last night, even when Sue made it to the next round
So, that's all. Nothing much to shout about anyway. All the best finalists! Make this Friday your very best! YOU ARE AFTER ALL MALAYSIA'S MOST FAVOURITE DANCERS! Well done!
It was kind of dissappointing that Yuz was eliminated last nite . As a matter of fact he is the best one as compare to Dennis and Alam . Maybe Dennis and Alam can help 8TV to make more money through the votes as compare to Yuz . In the eyes of audience and judges , I still fell Yuz is the best and deserve to be in top 4 .
As for Nor , I will accept that she is eliminated as it is a tough decision as all the 3 girls perform great last nite .
As we are getting near to grand final , I felt Dennis chance of winning is high as he seems to have the most supporter as compare to Sue . Base on popularity as as what the judges said last nite , Dennis is the most likeable one as he has many fans.
Sad to say , we are not seing the best competing with the best but instead we are seeing supporter competing with supporter .
The show is no longer seen as an interesting one with the result of the top 4 . The good dancers have been eliminated .
Hey even my heart was pounding,ok,what more standing next to those gigantic speakers that were blaring the all too popular roll before the results were read.Too intense I must say..patut la that young lad passed out.He is Sue's family member back from Moscow to give support! Yea,I really think none deserved to be out yesterday..but this is vote power you know,so terpaksa la collect ramai fans and friends to spend a bit for the sms or call-ins. Anyway, dengar khabar that the chap who pengsan-ed yesterday has recovered after a medical checkup and is doing fine..maybe should stop wondering and pray for his speedy recovery.
Last night was so fun! The energy exuded from Ruums (on screen as I didn't go) was high!! Can see the regular fans are there and many more new faces also. It was indeed intense. Among the couple dance, I love Sue and Alam the most. They'd really captured the 'wanna say it but can't' feel and the pent up energy was about to explode... and it was really great. Can see their collaboration had been a really friendly one - there's connection though not much touching each other. Awesome. The rest... well brancy seems to be really good with jumping and grabbing on to her partner be it dennis or firul, from the front or from the back.. anyhow it was a great performance too by Brancy and Dennis. Couldn't say the same about Noor and Yuz.. in fact I could barely remember their dance now. Individual : my fav would have to go to Sue followed by Yuz and then Brancy.... Everybody's saying this and I'm repeating myself but Sue is a STAR!!!! Yuz was the best among the guys... too bad not enough fans to get him into final 4. Really loved his 'sense of space' as commented by the judges. The judges - really to see Yannus back in the judge's seat - but last night it wasn't about judging. Last night we see the judges giving encouragement and comments on the contestant not on their dance performance but more of their growth, their personality/charisma etc. If there's no diffrenciation between the two gender, those that really can dance and deserve the seat of top 4 (in my book) would be Sue, Noor, Yuz and Brancy. Anyhow, best of luck for all the actual Top 4. Malaysia is definitely proud to have this crowd
