Well, mungojerry, no need to piss off on this matter. I wonder why you so sensitive on this. This is just a piece of mind from others after seeing the show. Because there are a lot who deserved to stay but out. So that's why everyone feel not fair. And I guess it is true in someway. It is not becoz who is staying don't deserve to stay, but look at the btm 4 or 6 it was all Chinese. So, it is hard for us to understand why not the Malay out? Vish is improving a lot, but he still out. Isaac is doing gd, but he is out. Becky is gd, but out. Jimmy is gd, but out. How come the one should be out and not out. Let's say Alam or Noor.....Both of them u can see they are not versatile enuf if compare to Isaac, Jimmy, Becky, Jo, etc, but still they stay....Well, maybe this racial issue is too sensitive, but this is just a piece of mind. Like ppl said in here, audiences and supporters can see thru their eyes, who is versatile or not and not becoz based on racial. If not, they won't be so many ppl asked Nikki to be out. V as a viewer, v can see and v understand. So, pls sabar......Just let it be and we should see who will win. As for me, now it is not a competition anymore, it is more on entertainment and learning their movement. Coz, the competition is gone for me after seeing most of my favourite out from the show. Yes, disappointment is there, but I can't do anything. I prefer to sit back and watch and let this show just end how it should be ended.
So, ppl, just treat it as something which entertain us for this pass 2mths. Enjoy the dance and learn, so next time we also can dance like them.....No need to argue anymore on this matter. Mungojerry, hope you can be more sabar lah......enjoy the show....Smile!!!!

Uptowndragon, sometimes u need to use a bit soft wording instead of harsh words....More soften a bit. As this issue of racist came out, u should use a more proper way to say mah....When read your text, always given me the impression u marah ppl more than asking a war to stop in a proper way leh.....

Sorry dkha75 but I am not here to win any popularity contests. If it did sound harsh, then it was definitely meant to be.
The forumers here have been informed and reminded enough times and should know better by now but still continue to harp on such issues which are sensitive and can be deemed seditious.
You can only be so nice for so long.

Hiaz......so sad. To me everyone in this competition is a great dancers. Great dancers and also great entertainers. They had make their best preparation to dance well to let us see their skills and moves. We should be fair and square. No matter who we are, we as a Malaysian should be proud and graceful to have such unique and harmonic multi racial and multi culture country. Unlike other country like Japan, most of them are all Japanese. Unlike our country, we have 3 different races(Malays, Chinese, and Indians) and we should be proud and lucky to have such unique country. For me, Season 2 of SYTYCD should be reorganize before it was introduce again next season. Voting period should be lengthen to half and hour or maybe 1 hour so that viewers can have the time and the opportunity to choose which dancers should remain. As for the voting screening, I think 8TV should display it. That was my point of view and I am sorry if I say something that hurt your feelings I am truly sorry. Lets be a true Malaysians by respecting one and other. Since our country is going to celebrate our 50th years of independence. I am proud to have a a country like Malaysia. KLK

truely disagree with this two comments made by taka... Firstly, the results aren't out yet so u cant make assumptions without base and facts.. how would u noe that the winner is a Malay, not that i care of... Stop making blind assumptions that are creating havoc or trying to make misleading comments... Second i dun see anybody is voting for the most handsome or pretty contestant to stay.. not like other reality contest that i have come across, so you think you can dance is not much about popularity, that is why the top two is chosen by the judge... if not habis la the good dancers... its a good format for the show to run like this.. all a great dancers... IMHO, Starccs DONT STOP PARTYING!!! Hi Starcc, Firstly, Yeah! Really tooooooo earlier to say that "MALAY" will guarantee win for the show...... But you have to remember what u r saying here OK, when the FINAL RESULT has out.......?? I would like to challenge ..... Wat challenge challenge all.. no matter wat resut or what race wins i'll still stay in Rentak.. I'm not a sore loser to shout my heart out if my fav loses.. Yes i believe true votes still come true,... Most of my predictions of bottom come true.. Not because of what race they are but on the performance THAT week.. Judges place marks on THAT week and not accumulation so.. If u are looking as a whole versatile ke itu ini.. u gotta vote for ur fav once he/she fell into the bottom.. Agree with MJ and UD.. Guys we Malaysians la.. Mlays ke Cina ke Indian ke all sama je.. I dun see anybody making a fuss out about racial problem when Jac or Suki or Daniel wins.. Please ppl.. no matter wat race he/she is the chosen one to represent Malaysia.. like KLK said.. I"M PROUD TO BE MALAYSIAN... one more thing YUZ is the most versatile of all... no bad comments b4.. lips sealed.. all the way for YUZ DONT STOP PARTYING!!!

dkha75, thanks for consoling me. I'm not being overly sensitive. And I'm not mad. I'm cool. As cool as ice. I just want to remind some delusional guys in here whose being very overly sensitive towards something which is not there in the first place about focusing too much on one issue when we're discussing about this show. It was my piece of mind when I said that those people who remain in the competition so far has nothing to do with racial stuff. Everybody is entitled to their opinion, but please do not gear it up until it sounds very insulting and annoying.
This is my personal opinion on why some of our favourite dancers didn't make through to the next round. Only my opinion, others can argue and may disagree with this
Isaac improved a lot, but his timing was still off. I specially loved his Indian contemporary routine the most, in fact I think that was his best performance amongst all his other performances. In fact at a point, I think he's better than Jimmy in everyway. But he's timing is still off. Given enough exposure and practice, I'm sure Isaac can be one of the greatest Malaysian dancer, ever.
Vish improved a lot? Which part? Vish looked so strongly influenced by Bharata Natyam until the day he did his final performance in SYTYCD, presenting Malay Contemporary with Orange. In my opinion, he was the one who should go home early. He was not versatile enough, and physically unfit for playing the role of a capable male dancer.
Becky is a very good dancer, but only when she's dancing with a less technically strong partner (example: Dennis). Her timing was off almost all the time, and was very obvious during her Funky dance with Dennis. Her techniques was not as par as Jimmy's when she got him as a new dance partner. She maybe good, but not great.
Jimmy has problem with improving at the one and only flaw area in his performance, that is characterisation. He is good no doubt. But comparing him and Dennis, I gotta admit that Dennis does look more charismatic on stage compared to him. Jimmy's final performance with Sue really revealed his inability to match Sue's professional training background.
To simply say Malays was never in the Bottom 4 and Bottom 6 list was absurd. Shake and Azura were the first to leave the competition, and both were Malay. If you asked me whether Shake or Jo did better in their first Hip Hop performance, my answer would be 'Shake did better than Jo'. Jo's timing were all over the place. I love Jo, but she too has a problem in timing. Bad habits die hard they say. Jo seemed to have problem in timing in every routine she did.
Being young is an extremely plus point in learning something new. Moreover, at this point of competition, the ability to learn fast is very crucial. Both Nikki and Alam are breaker. We would say they don't have much versatility. But Alam has proved himslef to be slightly versatile than Nikki in terms of technique. I would say Alam's awareness of his own physical executions are better than Nikki. His range of movements are clearer, sharper and stronger. Maybe this is acquired through better learning ability by Alam as compared to Nikki. Even this is so, I would not say Alam is the best dancer among all.
Orange is one of the most versatile, a fastlearner and a very promising dancer amongst all. It's a shame to see her go home so early. But I would say, the one and only reason why she was dragged to the Bottom List was because of her uncompromising partner Vish. No matter what Vish did or how good he performed, it's not going to safe Orange from being in the Bottom List that night. It was so happen that Orange was in the List with Nikki. I was rooting for Orange and was utterly upset when she walked home. In my opinion, Orange should be in the Top 8 or hey, even Top 4.
I think Noor has done a fairly good job (not the best, but only good) but if you put both Orange and Noor together, I would've picked Orange over Noor. Orange has that extra X Factor which I don't think all dancers have. It's not something you create or pretend to be. It's just you. Noor can be considered to be that silent contender among the girls as she doesn't stand out as loud as others, but remain in the competition up to this point because of her constant performance. She is not the best though.
Yuz is one of the most versatile dancer in this competition. But he is lack of 'visible' support and seems to be taken as the underdog contender in this competition, from the beginning of the show until now. Only certain people knows how to appreciate a unique talent like his. I am certainly agree his position in Top 6.
Brancy is a very strong dancer, technically and physically. However, she tend to be lack in 'versatile department' when it comes to certain dance styles. I put the blame on the short practice time as I know she could actually do better than what she did in a number of her previous poor performances.
If you asked me, who exactly I want it to be in MY TOP 4 LIST in SYTYCD, it would be : Yuz, Isaac, Sue and Orange, in random order. If Top 4 is not necessarily has to be two male and two female contestants, I would pick Yuz, Sue, Orange and Brancy. That was all based on my observation only, knowing the fact that it is unfair as I didn't see much of what Shake, Azura and Sean can do (as I think all these three are versatile dancers). Two of the names listed in my list are no longer in the competition, but I still do think they owe the credits that they deserve.
Well, that's my piece of opinion. I'm gonna watch the show live tonight with penuh perasaan sabar (thanks again dkha75 *wink*) and will accept whatever the result may be. Like dkha75 said, 'the dissapointment was there, but there's nothing we can do about it'.
Btw klk, loved your comments!

Thanks mungojerry. Is just that I am so sad that why we still have racial problem in our well country? In order to achieve vision 2020 is this what we do? Anyway, I don't like to see our multi racial country to have racial problem. Straight to the point, based on todays new team Sue and Alam, I think they both perform very well. The most intense and most exciting episode. Haha....even got time to write some review while watching the show. ^^ So...I guess you were at Ruums right now huh? Enjoy. KLK

Heya peeps.
Just curious about something. Why is it racial issue is such a big issue in this show? It's a very sensitive issue to discuss openly, mind you. Good say Mungojerry, so please go to advice Khai"li" & Hisham Mu"tink" about this la...... As what we discuss here...... should the session 2 be continued? Hm...... I will vote yes. I will watch on T.V but won't involve in SMS anymore...... This is a good entertainment show and "JOKE" to the public, why should i say "NO"...... no point right? KLK - I am oso PROUD to be a Malaysian....... I like this country and like this show as well, that's why we have to voice out what is really happenning there...... We are not a FOOL, because we invest not only in SMS(Money) but also ouR TIME...... we went to RUUMs (Transportation fee), we watched TV (Electricity Fee)...... so you tell me should we just sitting there and DIAM DIAM...... look for the show keep changing and changing (from bottom x to bottom x), The judges keep continuing PILIH what they feel NOT GOOD into the BOTTOM xxx??? I touched a bit about the issue of RACIAL just simply want to let the Organiser know that we are not the FOOLISH or STUPID...... we know what is their planning that's all...... finally we can't change for the result oso right? But at least we voice out, this is more powerful than we SMS..... Last but not least, I would like to say "SORRY" to all MALAYs forumers here...... sorry that i touched about Sensitive issue. Lastly, I wish Malaysia - "50th Happy Birthday"

Please note that Rentak Sejuta is not a political or socio economical forum. Please do not bring up issues and comments unrelated to the topic at hand here. There are many other forums out there that are more suited for discussions of that nature and we would very much appreciate it if those issues are addressed or "voiced out" there.
