COVID-19 Status Update & Cluster Report (02/11/2020)834 positive #COVID19 cases were reported today, with 900 cases announced as recovered leaving 9968 active cases still being treated nationwide, with 91 in ICU and 32 on ventilators. Unfortunately, 2 deaths were reported today, taking the total fatalities to 251. Both deaths involving an 88-year-old man and a 75 -year-old woman were reported in Sabah. Rentak Sejuta extends our deepest condolences to the bereaved. The total cumulative cases now stand at 33,330, with 23,120 recoveries. 505 new cases were reported in Sabah. Unfortunately, neighbouring Labuan climbs significantly to 105 new cases while Sarawak stays low with 14 new cases. 57 of the new cases in Labuan were from the newly declared Tenaga cluster, 34 from existing clusters, 9 from close contacts and 5 from other COVID-19 screenings. 129 cases were reported in Selangor, while Kuala Lumpur saw 22 new cases with Putrajaya recording 6 new cases. Up North, Penang reported 21 new cases, while both Kedah and Perak reported 3 new cases each. Perlis remains relatively safe with no cases reported. On the East Coast, Kelantan saw 2 new cases today with Pahang reporting 1. No new cases were recorded in Terengganu. Down South, Seremban saw a small drop in new cases with 16 reported while Johore registered 9. No cases were reported in Melaka.
