In my opinion, you can go for either RedOne or Umobile
because both of these are known in lower charge rate

Their charge rate is cheaper than others but both of their line are very bad
one of my friend who is umobile user always complaint that the line is very weak
disconnect all the time, sometimes will just keep on loading
I rather to pay more for better coverage
