The King of Pop Takes Final MoonwalkThe King Of Pop Michael Jackson passed away today (2.26pm, Thursday 25th June 2009, Pacific Time) at the UCLA Medical Centre after collapsing at his home in west Los Angeles, from cardiac arrest. Attending paramedics found Michael not breathing when they arrived at his home, administered CPR before rushing him to hospital. According to his brother Jermaine, doctors at UCLA MC spent more than an hour attempting to revive him. Michael was preparing for his comeback with a series of 50 shows in London starting 13th July this year and was in LA for rehersals to prepare for what was expected to be his greatest ever concerts. The concerts that were scheduled to be held at the O2 Arena in London was sold out within 5 hours and raised over USD 72 Million in ticket sales. Our sincerest condolences to all his family, friends and most of all to his legions of loyal fans.
