As the age old adage goes, "diamonds are a girl's best friend", so it was only appropriate that the lovely finalists of Miss Wilayah Kebaya 2012 get acquainted with their "best friend", really up close and personal, by making a special working visit to pageant sponsors Kelvin Gems, who added even more sparkle to our already shining beauties.
