LiteFM Unveils "Relaxing Favourites" Tagline & "Relaxing Escapade" Contest (from 15/2/16)

LiteFM unveils its new tagline, ‘Relaxing Favorites’, which will go live on 15th February 2016, along with a new on-air campaign aptly named ‘Relaxing Escapade’.
“Tune in to LiteFM and find gems from Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Wham! and Belinda Carlisle to Boyzone, Vanessa Williams, The Corrs and more. LiteFM also plays you the best from today – Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, Adele and Maroon 5, to name a few. The network has over the years, evolved from just classic hits to the best relaxing favorites from the 80’s, 90’s and today,” said Aaron Pinto, Network Content Manager of Lite FM. “‘Relaxing Favorites’ was achieved through constructive conversations with our listeners, where they shared their thoughts of the type of music played on LiteFM. This coupled with the positive and inspiring content offered across the day through LiteFM's warm and friendly announcers – Steve, Shaz, Ross, Craig and our new kid on the block Soraya. LiteFM is shaping up nicely and I hope you will like it too.”
‘Relaxing Favorites’ is introduced after a brand health exercise done with its listeners.
New on-air contest – ‘Relaxing Escapade’
According to an article by The Malaysian Insider, “Malaysians have a higher level of stress at 63% compared with the global average of 53%, largely contributed by traffic snarls, inadequate IT infrastructure and lengthy meetings.”
In line with LiteFM’s new tagline, the network will be running a 2-week long contest from 15th February. All you have to do is submit your dream holiday (worth within RM10,000) on LiteFM’s website. Following that, LiteFM will reward 5 finalists with RM1,000 worth of hotel gift vouchers out of which, the most creative ‘dream holiday’ will be rewarded with the RM10,000 trip.
